The Open Air Hotel Rix is open for 48 hours, from 27.6.2014, 7 p.m. to 29.6. 2014, 7 p.m. It is part of the annual Neukölln Art Festival and provides you with the unusual experience of sleeping under the stars in cosy Rixdorf – in the middle of Berlin. The Hotel is equipped with 20 beds in various categories, catering services like a breakfast buffet and a Hotel Bar. The “Golden Suite” was a shiny copy of the next-door “City Toilette” which itself looks like a small temple. The golden version labeled in cyrillic letters “LUKSUS” offered high-end accomodation in the 48 hours Open air “Hotel Rix”. Categories: 1000 stars (sprayed on the ceiling), free Wi-Fi (original art work), golden sheets, Mask fragment of Neukölln cityhouse´s wall-decoration. At the end of the 48 hours opening time, some parts of the Golden Suite like the double bed or parts of the walls were handed over to the regular residents of Richardplatz.
